House Rules
Pet Policy: do not leave pet’s poop on the property or any of the neighbors property. A $25 fee will apply if poop is found on our property or we get complaints from the neighbors. Should your pet damage anything in our property security deposit will NOT be refunded.
Smoking Policy: smoking is not allowed. If you smoke inside the house, the home security deposit will NOT be refunded. If illegal substances are used on the property there will be a $500 fee. Indecent Behaviors: Please be mindful of the neighbors by behaving decently. Proper clothing and behaviors is encouraged (including using any of the 3 bathrooms for your privacy). We will not get involved in any public displays of indecency that involve law enforcement.
